Jana woke up and looked aroud her , all she found was handsome Yousif resting near her right arm




He looked so peaceful and hadsome sleeping yet so tired ..




She worried for him , she wanted to wake him up and kiss him




She missed him and his smell




She ran her hand along his messed up hair and smiled ,





His head suddenly snapped up as he looked at her with almost open eyes " Baby.." He said breathless





" Hey you .." Her voice was barely there too




He got up and held her in his warm arms , she hugged him back and inhaled deeply




Now that was better than the hospital smell , she thought to herself




" Yousif " She began as they parted




" Hmm.. "



" Can't i see my baby " She told him




He sighed deeply as he looked at her , what was he going to say?




Am sorry but our baby is in special care right now ?




She just woke up and she must be in great pain




" Ofcourse you can but .. not now .. we have to wait a while "




" Why what's wrong? " Her voice was sharper now , she was scared




"Nothing sweetie nothing .. everything's great but the baby is still in an early month they need to keep an eye on him .. at least for now .. " he spoke gently and his voice soothed her a bit






" how are you doing , are you in pain ? " she saw sadness and worry in his eyes ..





She held his face in both hands and smiled " Am fine .. wait .. it's a HE ? "





He grinned once he realised , Jana still had no idea what she brought into this world " We have a baby boy .. "




She laughed her lovely laugh and he kissed the top of her head " I hope you don't mind .. i invited a few people .. " He told her






" Oh yeah? " She smiled and waited as he went for the door






" Hey guys thanks for waiting .. " She watched as Sara and 7arith both intered the room





Sara was holding a huge box with blue balloons , 7arith walked behind her with a sexy smile on his face





" Hey princess .. " He greeted her




" Mabrook 7yaty ! " Sara hurried and kissed her cheek




" I'll go get coffee .. " Yousif left them





While he was on his way he saw the Dr. from yesterday " Bonjoure .., "He said politely





" Soooooo ! tell me how are you feeling ? " Sara asked




" I'm .. good i think " She laughed " But i still feel a little weird though .. " She said more seriously

They both looked at 7arith who was looking at the balloons " Oh !! " He suddenly said





" I'll go .. guess you don't need me here , too much Astorgin anyway " he shook his head and left the room

Muneera was sitting on her desk trying to surf the internet whe she got a phone call from a number that was clearly from outside Kuwait





She listened intently as she heard what the voice on the other line had to say , she was dumbfounded





She sat very still as she listened and never interrupted , When it was time for her to speak .. she had no idea what to say




" Is she alright? " She finaly said





She sighed a huge sigh of relief and thanked the caller





As soon as she shut the phone , She turned to her laptop and booked a flight to Paris




Yousif didn't hear what he wanted to hear from the Dr.





He was more than glad to know that his baby and Jana were fine , but the next 24 hours were going to be very delicate .. to both of them and that they had to be very careful




" Well .. can't we at least see our baby ? " He asked




" You can but am afraid your wife need to relax ali-"




" She wants to see her baby " He cut her off , the lack of sleep and the hard situation he was in tensed him up




" Well it's on your own responsibility .. " The Dr. finaly said




" Hey .. " He walked in the room again , " Sorry to interrupt .. Hey .. wait .. " He stopped and looked around




" Where's my man ?! "




Sara and Jana both laughed




" MY man is outside .. " Sara got up ,





Yousif raised his eyebrows at her as she made her way to the door




He turned his face towards Jana and bit his lip




" What? .." she said suddenly alarmed by his expression





" Get up " He walked quickly towards her and hit the bed with his hand





" Yousif you realise am on a HOSPITAL bed ! i just gave birth ! "




He grinned at her



A man walked in the room with a wheelchair " What is this ?! " She asked





"You'll see ... Merci monsieur ! " He waved to the man and turned to Jana again





" Wait Yousif .. wh-0n what are you doing ?!! " Like he didn't hear her at all , Yousif lifted her up from her bed and placed her gently on the wheelchair




" Where are you taking me?!! " She kept on asking





" You'll see .. " He led her to another floor with yellow walls and white flowers , baby pictures on the walls and everyone was whispering





Then she knew , her heart pounded very fast as she thought about what was going to happen next





She was going to meet her baby , the baby boy she gave birth to yesterday ..





Finaly ..




Yousif talked to the nurse and went with Jana near the closest window where beautiful babies were laid on mutlitple beds covered with glass and many equipments




She was very quiet as she watched , Yousif leaned down and brushed a hair off her face




" I .. i can't see anything .. " she lowered her head





he sighed and put both hands on each side of her , with one move she was up hanging from his neck , her legs barely touching the floor




" Now can you see ? "



She looked down and she was breathless ..





There was a red baby boy sleeping like an angel on one of the beds with her name on the tag hanging from it




the nurse was smiling at her and Yousif




" Yousiiif .. " She whispered breathlessly



" Yeah .. " He was watching her as she looked at their baby





There he was holding the mother of his baby .. just like he imagined it all long ago ..





He couldn't believe it




Now he had everything .. now he wanted nothing more from the world





Except for one nightmare to be over



Muneera agreed that she wouldn't tell anyone about this call , or what she found out





Espacialy her brother ..





But she truely believed there was someone who should know too , she called up Rahaf and told her that her friend was safe and sound , and that's all that Rahaf wanted to hear




At least for that time being ,




Muneera tried to say as little as possible until she knew more herself , after all .. that's why she was flying to Paris




To know what the hell happened





As soon as she landed on the charming city , She handed the taxii driver the name of the hospital , and he told her that it was the first time a tourist wanted to go to a hospital when he first came to Paris !




She rushed by all the Dr.'s and nurses in the hospital , all that tiredness from the flight gone





She was going to meet her neice .. her Jana





After a little more than a year apart




She asked about her and headed to her room , she felt like she was going to pass out before she got there




She slowly knocked on the door and entered




There on the white bed .. lay her beautiful log awaited neice
