Jana went home and took a long hot bath

She kept playing what happened over and over in her head ,

While she watched her body be pampered gently , burried under the hot relaxing water , Jana decided to do something not every woman can do ..

She decided to do something brave but perhaps a little insane ..

But it was her desicion

Jana was going to act like nothing had happened ,

like she hadn't seen anything ..

Yet ,

She was going to live like Yousif didn't exist ..

Yes she was going to ignore him , and pretend like his presence is as useless as him gone ,

She wasn't going to talk , she wasn't going to care , she was going to live for her and her baby only ..

She tapped her soft belly as though it was listening and seeing all and apoligized ,

She promised her baby a happy happy life , She also made sure not to make her baby hate the Y word as much as she hated him right now

Nope , she wasn't going to teach her baby to hate .. not ever ..

But how to be strong ,

She sighed and remembered another thing ..

She had to be at a Dr.'s soon if she was going to know the sex of her baby ..

She gathered the strength to pull herself up and get out of the bath

Her baby was growing ,

And she decided so will she

" I have to tell you something .. " 7arith began ,

It was now or never

Sara looked up at him wide eyed , waiting for him to continue ..

" Sara am in love with you .. " He told her gently

Sara tried to breathe , she tried to grasp the meaning of what he'd just said

She wanted to pinch herself and make sure she wasn't dreaming

" I was in love with you a long time ago .. a long .. long time ago .. " he looked at the ground

" I didn't think it was right back then .. you were together with 3aziz .. my best friend .. i .. i was confused i didn't know what the hell to do so i just disappeared .. "

" Is that .. is that why you were gone out of our life for so long? " She asked , her voice shaking

" Yes " He admitted " Am not that guy Sara .. am not the guy who steals his best friend's girl .. but .. "

" No you're not .. " She interrupted him , " Thats why you're the most amazing friend 3aziz has ever had .. "

He looked up at her ,

" But a heart can't control who it loves .. " She frowned thinking about what to say next ..

She decided to say it

" 7arith these past days we spent.. i .. " She breathed again , " i think i have fallen for you too .. " She bit her lip and looked up at him , tears in her eyes again

" And i can't help thinking am an awful person !! .. i can't help seeing 3aziz's face every time am with you ! but i .. i can't stop loving you either !! .. i don't know what to do 7arith ! "

He watched her for a long moment , then he grabbed her and pulled her towards him " You're not an awful person .. love is a wonderful blessing .. it just happened .. "

She hugged him back

" I .. I had a dream the other night .. " She began again ,

" I saw 3aziz .. he metioned you and .. and told me to follow my heart .. "

7arith's heart sank

" I was trying so hard to know what my heart wants .. and when i knew .. when i knew it was you i didn't know what to do .. "

" My heart wants you too i swear .. " He whispered to her ,

" And i know for a fact that 3aziz wouldn't think you're an awful person at all .. " he brushed a tear off her face " I think he'd want you to be with someone who appreciates you .. someone who'd treat you right .. "

He spoke so gently she nearly melted

" You can't live alone forever S .. I think he'd want us both to be happy .. " He finished

She looked away again remembering 3aziz ..

" And he'd SO HATE for you to be with that Strabucks guy on the airplane .. "

She laughed even though she wanted to cry , and let him hold her again

"Hello .. " Mueera entered her borther's office with a grin

" Guess what ?! .. i just went to the supermarket ! " she anounced happily

" That's wonderful .. " He laughed

Muneera saw Muthana's face turn into a little color as he heard the name ..

He remembered when that girl called him up and told him about Jana ..

His heart raced and his mind kept telling him to calm down

" Oh yeah .. i remember her , ya7lailhaa .. she didn't go with them 3ayal ? "

" Oh .. no she didn't .. she sounded surprised that i told her about the trip though , you think she didn't know ? "

" Uhh .. madree walah .. ymkin they didn't tell her .. " He made himself look busy

"Yeah but .. she and Jana are bestfriends for like EVER ! how could she not tell her to come ?! .. " She went on " Hmm .. or maybe she just couldn't go i don't know .. am gona go cook dinner , anything in mind ? " She asked as she got up

" Ay shay mn eedech 7loo .." He gave her a smile , relieved that she was about to go

She grinned and walked out

He sighed again when she left , Rahaf .. he thought

That girl better keep her mouth shut ..

Yousif walked in the bedroom to see Jana brushing her long lovely hair

" Hey .. " He smiled at her ,

Its been a while since she'd seen that smile

He looked a little relaxed .. somehow .. more comfortable ..

Her heart ached when she remembered why that might be .. or because of WHO it might be

She tried to ignore him and continue brushing

" Did you eat dinner yet? i was thinking .. we could go out .. " He said as he moved closer to her ,

As soon as his hand touched her shoulder Jana flenched

His face was horrified when she did that , she got up and said " Already ate "

" Oh .. " He nodded disapointment written all over his face

" So i was thinking .. my friend recommended this French Dr. .. since you were talking the other day about the baby .. i thought we might go and find out if it's a boy or a girl .. The Dr. is supposed to be realy good and .. "

" I was actualy thinking otherwise .. "

He stopped and frowned " What do you mean ? "

" I was thinking .. how .. i might NOt want to know the sex of my baby right now "

Yousif seemed to have stopped breathing for a second ,

He narrowed his eyes at her , She was talking so strangely ..

She sounded so cold .. so .. NOT Jana ..

" Wait .. what ? .. where did that come from ?! .. and .. since when do you say its YOUR baby ? "

" Well am carrying it aren't i ? .. plus i read this magazine , they say how amazing it is to wait when the baby is finaly born to know if its a boy or a girl .. "

Yousif shook his head trying to understand " Jana .. what .. what the hell are you saying, where is this coming from ?! "

" I just told you .. i decided this only today .. i want to wait " She tried so hard not to break down infront of him , not to hit him with every heavy object in the room

She thought about every happy thing she could think of

Yousif didn't say a word , he just stared at her ..

He hadn't had a fight with Jana since ..

Well Since he first took her away .. all those crazy fights they used to have before madly fallig in love with each other..

Now she seemed like a complete different person ..

He suddenly nodded , " 3la ra7tich .. " and with that , Yousif left the room

Jana hurried to the bed again , and hid under the covers , trying not to make any sound as she cried herself to sleep
